Optimal Solutioning
For this project the customer wanted to implement a solution that would have been costly. We were able to utilize BPI techniques to find a way to help the customer leverage existing, but unutilized technology to come up with a better and less costly solution. The alternative solution took roughly the same amount of time to implement and cost less than half the amount of the initially proposed solution. Training Documentation
In the consulting industry, each situation is unique and requires a specific set of solutions. For this project, we used process improvement documentation to help the client define a training document, developed an assessment & answer key, and provided training to the appropriate resources. The ideal outcome for this situation was to ensure the customer was capable of ensuring ongoing proficiency. And through strategic planning we were able to achieve a great end result.
New Technology Development
With this project, the use of our business process improvement methodologies allowed us appropriately capture the Critical to Quality elements associated with the clients need for an enhanced data template and broadened communication platform. It is through this effective communication that our team was able to ensure all relevant input to output data was accurately programed.
