Statistical Solutioning involves using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) to identify areas most in need of improvement, scoping of the project & providing a business case for the project. Then, we work with the customer to determine measuring systems, derive solutions, test those solutions and ensure signoff before implementation. We then deploy the appropriate process improvement methodologies to determine measuring systems, derive solutions, test those solutions and ensure signoff before implementation.
